Not happy, money back! If you want to return an order, you have 14 days to do so, from the date of receipt. You can choose to return your order via DHL or DPD or return it to one of our stores. You can easily register your return package with us online. We generate a shipping label, stick it on the packaging and take the package to a DHL or DPD drop-off point.

Fitting is of course allowed, but make sure that the items you want to return are unworn and in their original condition. Shoes must be returned in the undamaged original box and labels must not have been removed. To prevent damage to the original shoe box, the cardboard outer box can be reused. We cannot take back a damaged shoebox.

HOW SHOULD I RETURN?

STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR PACKAGE

Select the items you want to return within 14 days after you have received your order and choose the desired return method. We offer various options. Click here or on the button below and use your order number and email address to sign up.

STEP 2: PACK YOUR PACKAGE

Pack the items you want to return. This may be the old packaging you received from us or new packaging. With full return of all products from the original order. The shipping costs paid when placing the order will also be refunded. The costs for a return shipment are for your own account. An overview of the prices can be found below.

STEP 3: SEND YOUR PACKAGE

Bring your package to a DPD or DHL drop-of-point within 3 working days after your return notification. Or choose our collection service! If you choose this, the collection service will collect your package at home. (Can only be done within the Netherlands)

STEP 4: REFUND

If we have received your package, you will receive a refund of the amount of the returned items within 14 working days. The costs of the return shipment will be deducted.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR A RETURN PACKAGE?

In the Netherlands, the costs for a return shipment are: €6.04. If you want to have your package picked up at home, the costs are: €6.96 . For our complete list of rates see below:

Return order at our shop (free):

If you prefer to return the package in our store, that is also possible. Register your package online via the button above, click on the option: in-store retun. You will receive a confirmation email, which you can show at the checkout. You will also receive a document with instructions on how and where to send the package. Bring the items unworn and in original condition together to The Old Man Boardsports Damstraat 14 Amsterdam and we will fix it for you.

Reimbursement of a return:

As soon as we have received your items, we will refund the order amount due as soon as possible, but no later than 14 working days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. The amount will be refunded to the bank account number known to us.

If you choose to return your order in our store, you will also receive the amount refunded to your account and not in cash in the store.

Exchange item:

If you want to exchange an item, you can return the item and order a new product at the same time. Unfortunately, the payment cannot be offset against the refund.
